Step One

Choose your piece
& upload your photo.

Begin by selecting the piece you'd like — a portrait necklace, silhouette pendant, or keychain — and choose your metal. Then simply upload a clear photo of your pet and enter their name. The rest is in our hands.

Any clear, well-lit photo works
Front-facing photos are ideal, but side profiles and three-quarter angles work beautifully too. Natural daylight produces the best results.
Your pet's face should be clearly visible
Our artisans work from the details in your photo — the markings, the expression, the ears. The clearer the photo, the more faithful the portrait.
Not sure if your photo will work?
Submit it anyway. If we need something clearer, our team will reach out before beginning work. We never proceed with a photo we cannot faithfully reproduce.

Our artisans craft
your portrait.

Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the engraving process. We convert your photo into a precise portrait, then laser-engrave it onto your chosen metal disc with exceptional detail — down to the individual markings that make your pet recognizable.

No two engravings are identical
Every portrait is created from your specific photo. We do not use breed templates or stock silhouettes — your pet's face, faithfully reproduced.
Three metals, one process
Sterling silver, 18k gold plate, and rose gold plate each begin from the same .925 sterling silver base, then finished to your chosen specification.
Quality review before dispatch
Every piece is inspected against your original photo before packaging. If the engraving does not meet our standard, we remake it at no cost to you.

We review every photo before beginning work. If we have any concerns about image quality, we contact you first. Once your piece is complete, if the engraving does not meet your expectations, we will remake it at no cost. Our goal is that you love the result — and we will work until you do.
We do not currently offer digital proofs before engraving, as the conversion from photo to engraving involves nuance that is best evaluated on the finished piece. However, we do offer a full remake guarantee — if the portrait does not faithfully represent your pet, we will redo it.
Clear, well-lit photos with your pet's face prominently in frame produce the best engravings. Front-facing portraits are ideal; side profiles and three-quarter angles also work well. Avoid dark, blurry, or heavily filtered images. If you are uncertain, submit your photo and we will let you know before starting.
All three options share the same .925 sterling silver base. The gold and rose gold versions are finished with a plate over the sterling. Sterling silver has a cooler, classic tone. Gold is warm and traditional. Rose gold is subtly warm with a modern softness. All three hold engraving detail equally well.
Yes. When placing your order you can specify your pet's name, a special date, or a short inscription to be engraved beneath the portrait. Most pieces accommodate up to 12 characters. If you have a specific request, add it in the order notes and our team will confirm before production.
Yes. At checkout you can include a gift message and ship directly to the recipient. Because every piece arrives in our gift-ready packaging, nothing additional is required on your end. The unboxing experience is designed to feel like a considered, premium gift from the moment it is opened.
Because every piece is personalized, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a quality concern with your engraving, we will remake it at no charge. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the concern, and we will resolve it promptly.
