How do I place an order?
Simply choose your favorite jewelry style, select the material, and personalize it with your pet’s name and photo. You can also add multiple charms or pendants. Once you’ve customized it, add it to your cart. If you’d like to order more than one item, just repeat the process before checking out.
How does the Buy One Get One offer work?
Our BOGO offer is applied automatically at checkout. When you add two or more items to your cart, the lowest-priced item will be free.
Can I mix different items with the BOGO offer?
Yes! You can mix styles, colors, and materials—your discount still applies as long as you have at least two items in your cart.
How long does shipping take?
Because each piece is custom-made, it takes about 7–10 business days for our team to carefully craft and engrave your jewelry. After that, shipping within the U.S. typically takes 4–7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. International orders may take 6–10 business days, depending on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! If you don’t see your country listed at checkout, just email us at support@mypawesomepet.com and we’ll help you place your order.
What materials are your products made of?
We use Medical-Grade 316L Stainless Steel and premium 18k Gold or Rose Gold plating. These materials are durable, hypoallergenic, and designed to last.
Are the pieces waterproof?
Our jewelry is water-resistant, but for best results we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, or applying lotions and perfumes. This helps preserve the shine and finish for years to come.
Can I order for pets other than cats and dogs?
Absolutely! While most of our customers choose dogs or cats, we can create jewelry with any pet’s photo and name—from birds to bunnies to reptiles. If you love your pet, we’ll make it special.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
We want every piece to be purr-fect (or paw-fect 🐾). If your item arrives damaged or with an error, we’ll replace it free of charge. For more details, please see our Refund & Return Policy.
